Policy
1. Tuition fees are non-refundable
2. Monthly packages are valid for 4 weeks
3. Make-up classes must be taken within the same month
4. Extensions for missed classes due to illness can be granted upon submission of a valid doctor's letter.
5. Kindly note that any extension for make-up classes will be rendered invalid if a student opts not to enroll in a new month package.
6. The unlimited package does not offer the option for makeup classes.
7. We finalize the booking and cancellation at 22:00 the night before the class. Any requests or changes beyond this time will not be accommodated.
8. Should the number of registered students for a class fall below two, that class will be canceled.

3. 補課需要在當月內進行
4. 如因生病原因無法上課，需出具醫生證明方可申請延長有效期限
5. 如學生未繼續報讀新的月費課程，任何延期補課都將失效。
6. 無限課程組合 (Unlimited Package)並不包含補課的選項。
7. 我們將於課程前一晚的22:00確認所有的預訂，並接收取消預訂的通知。超出這個時間的任何請求或修改都將無法被接納。
8. 如果課堂的註冊學生人數低於兩人，該課堂將被取消。
